separate. You have to solder the 1206 packages yourself, 14 pieces.  

Price including shipping. Both come with the filtered jack. Payable with pa=

If you are willing to test one thouroughly, I can sell you one without
guarantee :-)

All the boards are tested: they boot fine, the PIC recognises the RTL8019AS=
 and
they have at least received and sent an ethernet package. However, I would
prefer that someone else looks at them before I sell them. 

You live in the UK, so I could get a board to you in days.
