** It doesn't use virtual memory, but I don't think they come with less than
32 MB anyways. Most have 64 MB and provision for various add-on storage (SD,
MMC, CF etc).
The CPU is a 32 bit Intel Xscale PXA250, comes in flavours of 200 - 400 MHz.
