New STerm

 Hi Eur, and all,


      After some nasty problems I've finally a new version of STerm.

      This new version (1.6) have the following features:

    - STerm Unit
       + 16F628  internal 4MHz xtal (using all pins).
       + 1500 bytes of code, 63 GPRs and 80 bytes of buffer.
       + Powered from master pic.
       + Hot plug-in, don't need to reset master unit.
       + Standard 16x2 LCD.
       + 4x4 keyboard.
       + RS232 @ 1200 baud. with flow control (uses a MAX232).
       + 4 operation modes: normal, pulse counter, lcd+kbd debug, serial debug.

    - Master pics
       + Only one pin (any i/o, included OD ones) manage 
           Sterm (LCD + Keyboard Serial).
       + 16F87x    |  734 bytes / 30 GPRs / 4 stacks
       + Others      |  450 bytes / 27 GPRs / 4 stacks
