i think my writing wasn't that good... here another try.

i have a PIC 12F629 that shall be able to act as a switch.
This Hardware Testpoint is the "target"...

The Hardware Testpoint shall somehow be connected to the Pic Output...

That means if the PIC Output has High Signal, then nothing shall be
done with the Testpoint.

If the Pic Output has Low Signal, then then this testpoint shall be
connected to GND.

Thats my Problem, cause the Testpoint GND has to be "Real GND" not
only the PIC Low Signal. (Cause PIC Low Signal is still ~0,15 V)

So maybe there is a solution for this...

I think about something like this:

The Pic is connected to a Transistor, the Transistor is connected to
GNG and that Target point. If now the gives High Signal then the
Transistor doesn't connect Testpoint and GND, but if PIC Output is
Low Signal, then the Transistor connects the Testpoint to GND.

Unfortunatly i don't have an idea how this could be done.... So if
you could help me, that would be great.

The other Question was:

IS it possible to program an internal shortcut from VSS to one of the
GPIO Pins? Cause if that is possible, then i don't have to use a
Transistor.
